YOU WILL BE INFORMED AS SOON AS YOUR IMAGES ARE ACCEPTED (via e-mail).
(Please note that CD-ROMS/DVDs cannot be returned)

Submitting images:
When sending your CD-ROM/DVD, please follow these guideline to help process your submission.

Submitting sample/images
Please submit an initial selection of 12 images.
Digital images or scanned transparencies are acceptable.
Please place your scanned images in a folder labelled Scanned images, and digital images into a folder labelled Digital images.
Both digital and scanned images are not to be sharpened.
Please ensure if you are sending digital files to use a camera that will give you a starting file size of 17mb, and any image upsize is done with the upmost care
as poorly resized images will be rejected.
Always scan your files with a dedicated film scanner, (we recommend a scan resolution of 4000 dpi, after which you can resize your images to 300 dpi and select
a finished image size.

Image type: TIFF (please select the PC option when saving TIFF files). Do not select the MAC option.
Image size: Minimum image size A5, maximum image size A3.
Image resolution: 300 dpi.
Image colour: CMYK.
Colour depth: 8 bit.
Please ensure all your images are blemish free and do not have dust, scratches, spots or dirt of any description, as they will be rejected if this criteria is not met.
1st Royalty Free will not undertake any image cleaning or restoration on your behalf.

What's in it for you the photographer?
If your images are accepted you will receive a quarterly royalty of 60% of the total amount of your images sold in that period, in the month following the quarterly period.
Payment will be by cheque

After your sample images are accepted
When your images have been accepted by 1st Royalty Free, you will be able to supply 1st royalty Free with as many images as you wish.
